The Service provides access to streaming television and related content. Availability, programming, schedules, features, and supported devices may change at any time.
The Service may include advertisements, sponsorships, promotions, and/or commercial content. Ads may be served by us, the platform you are using (e.g., Roku/Amazon), or third-party partners.
The Service and its content (including video, audio, graphics, logos, text, and software) are owned by TDRR Network or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Limited license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

If you access the Service via third-party platforms (such as Roku, Amazon Appstore/Fire TV, or other app stores), your use may also be governed by those platforms’ terms, rules, and policies. We do not control those platforms.
Features, billing, data collection, and ad delivery may be handled by the platform under its own policies.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDRR Network and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TDRR Network and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
